UPSEN provide warranty for products from the date of purchase as follows:
• UPS: 1 Year for Offline & Line Interactive UPS, 2 Years for Online UPS 1K-20Kva, 3 Years for UPS above 20Kva.
• BATTERY: 1 Year for Sealed Lead Acid Battery, 2 Years for AGM Deep Cycle Battery, 3 years for Gel Battery, 5 Years for OPzV Battery.
• INVERTER: 1 Year for Low Frequency Inverter, 1 year for High Frequency Inverter.
• CONTROLLER: 1 year

Additional Service:
• All products will be provided 1% free product or 2% free PCB Board (Exclude Batteries).
• To obtain service under warranty via an valid guarantee offered by dealers.
• To obtain service under warrantee via serial number.
• In case of Inverter fault, please contact our technical department, we can repair and replace new spares parts for buyers free, but the transportation charges shall be borne by the buyers within the warranty period.

This limited warranty does not apply to conditions as follows:
• Man-made fault.
• Out of warranty.
• The finished product of which the serial number is changed or lost.
• Damage or loss resulted from force majeure or external causes.
• Disassembly or modifications to the unit with no authorization.
• Disobeying provisions of operating/using the unit.
